While using our App, we may collect information related to your chat history, Rice email account. This Data is used to understand how you interact with our App and to improve our services.
- At this point, we are working on implementing anonomous chat. After turning on anonomous chat, users' chat history will not be saved on our database.
- OpenAI has an agreement stating they will not train on this data and will persist it for 30 days to monitor trust and safety.
- No data being used will be sold to third parties.
Use of Data
We use the collected data for various purposes:
- To generate synthesized answers, which are integral to the service we provide
- To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the App
- To monitor the usage of the App
